Building the Clubs

Welcome to the second devlog of Lakehouse, 'Building the Clubs'.

As with the first devlog, I'll be discussing environments I've made and associated renders and models. First up, we'll cover the Games Club, of which Liz is a member.

Games Club

Games Club

Thanks to modular desk designs,  science lesson tables become board-game-friendly in the Games Club; this helps them cater to many more players than one might expect, even though it's the college's least attended activity.

In fact, Liz sits away from the other members in her own corner most days; maybe you could convince her to be more sociable?

After seeing the Games Club, you might be wondering where everyone is. The best way to answer that is to move to the Photography Club!

Photography Club

Hosted in an otherwise quiet art room, the Photography Club attracts a crowd. Though that may just be Kelly, the club's manager; affectionately dubbed 'Queen of the Photography Club'.

When the game releases, you'll have the chance to see how the club is doing firsthand.

Swim Team

For the more athletic amongst the playerbase, Lakehouse will have a school swim team that Craig is a member of. By joining it, you'll get fitter, and raise your heart rate; and maybe his too if you're daring enough.

Of course, if none of these appeal to you, don't worry! You can always enjoy your time at school without a club.

No Club?

If none of the clubs interest you, you can always get excited about the living area provided to you by the college!

This spacious room is furnished with a bed, chair, built-in heating, and plenty of space for your textbooks and clothes.
